Planning permission has been granted for extensions to two sides of a chalet-style bungalow in Ashdown Road in Epsom and overlooking Alexandra Recreation Ground.

In order to secure a satisfactory external appearance in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as required by Policy CS5 of the Core Strategy 2007, it is a condition that all external fascia, materials, treatments and finishes of the outbuilding shall be to the satisfaction of Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Planning Authority.
